The Artigianquality company was born from a family tradition carried out by the craftsman Silvio Scapin, who has dedicated his experience to the production of the highest quality mortadellas. Each product is the result of careful craftsmanship, based on the use of short-chain raw materials. The organic meats used, all certified and of 100% Italian origin, come mainly from the Bolognese territory and include fresh and fine cuts of pigs also raised in the semi-warmed state.


La Svolta uses their mortadella for the famous Mortadella Meatballs, a dish that celebrates craftsmanship and the excellence of local ingredients.
