Founded in 1984, the IRIS Agricultural Cooperative is a collective project dedicated to organic farming, respect for the land and the dissemination of peasant culture. 

The founding principles include the promotion of organic farming, the creation of job opportunities for women and disadvantaged people, and the direct relationship with consumers.

Dried pasta, tomato preserves and unrefined flours are symbolic of their commitment.

La Svolta uses these ingredients to make homemade bread and dishes that enhance quality and sustainability.
