The Pieve Roffeno Dairy, located in Castel d ‘Aiano (BO) at an altitude of 880 metres, is a cooperative agricultural company with a long tradition dating back to 1967 and which since 2008 has been part of the Mountain Lands Consortium. Immersed in an extraordinarily healthy mountain environment, the dairy combines crops and farms in harmony with the environment, producing foods with an intense flavour, unique aromas and excellent nutritional qualities.

Among its excellences are the prestigious Parmigiano Reggiano, a rich variety of fresh cheeses, quality beef and pork and fabulous sausages without preservatives, the result of the dedication and commitment of the members who follow each stage of the production process.
