Zafferano Bolognese is a project of Azienda Agricola Faggeto, a small family-run business located in Vedegheto, a hamlet of Valsamoggia (BO), in the Bolognese Apennines. Since 2017, the company has been growing pure saffron in stigmas from certified organic Crocus sativus bulbs, following traditional methods and eco-sustainable practices that exclude the use of herbicides and pesticides. Harvesting and processing are carried out entirely by hand, guaranteeing a high quality product that reflects the authenticity of the territory.

La Svolta uses this saffron in its preparations, adding a refined aroma and unmistakable taste to the dishes.
